The water-based multi-purpose fabric painting and printing colour for light-coloured fabrics is ideal for school, craft, leisure and artisan use. After fixing (iron or oven 150°C/8 min) Marabu Textil can be washed in the washing machine up to 60°C. The colours are very light-fast, can be mixed and also diluted with water. Marabu Textil provides very good coverage on light-coloured fabrics. We recommend Marabu Textil plus for dark fabrics. Marabu Textil is suitable for all cotton, linen, jute, silk and mixed fabrics with max. 20% man-made fibres without finishes, but not for knit fabrics. Marabu Textil is easy to apply and particularly soft to the touch.

Tjanting Tool, a batik wax cup, is used for applying wax for e.g. to fabrics. Made of cast brass this spherical bowl keeps the wax liquid. The moment the spout touches the working surface, the wax is flowing,this prevents the wax from dropping to undesirable places.

Electrical soldering iron, of which the point of the soldering iron is replaced by a tjanting batik cup. The wax is melting in the batik cup, takes approx. 3 min., and allows a consistent and continuing work. The moment the spout touches the working surface the wax is flowing, this prevents the wax from dropping to undesirable places. After use you should pull the power plug.

Marabu Textil Design is an acrylic-based decoration spray for textiles. After drying, the textiles are washable up to 30°C (wash delicates inside out). The technique is not suitable for everyday clothing. The paint does not require fixing. Textil Design is ideal for spraying designs onto textiles using Marabu stencils.
